Tournament Dress Code
All participants in the 30th Anniversary Int'l Championships
must comply with the following dress code:
No Halter Tops · No Midriffs · No Cut-Offs · No Swimwear
No Tube Tops · No Tank Tops · No Improper Verbiage
All shorts must be clean, neat, presentable, hemmed and of
proper length to be allowed. Rugged cut-offs will not be allowed.
All players, during their scheduled
matches, will present themselves
in a neat and clean appearance.
Tournament Officials will have
the right to ask any player
or spectator not properly
attired to leave the playing
area.
Age Requirement
All players must be of legal
drinking age to play in the
licensed establishment where the
qualifying league is played and are
at least 18 years of age.
Professional Player Rule.
Any player listed in any of the criteria below is not eligible to
play in any VNEA competition at the International
Championships.
Professional Player Criteria:
Women: Top 32 women players of the WPA & Top 32 women
players of the WPBA
Men: Tournament Committee discretion will be used to
determine Pro status for all prospective male participants.
Ample notice is required by the Tournament Committee for all
players of potential Pro ability in your league system.
The V.N.E.A. thru the Tournament Committee reserves the right to dis-
qualify any player, touring pro, or team, before or during the tourna-
ment or refuse any entry prior to the tournament.
The VNEA reserves the right to change the above criteria at any time
based on changes in a professional organizations status or situation.

VNEA International Championships
Mini-Tournaments
Mini-Tournaments will consist of 8-Ball, 9-Ball & Scotch Doubles.
Play times will be announced and posted as tables become available.
Scotch Doubles
Entry Fees: ($50 per team)
All Scotch Doubles players must be sanctioned VNEA members.
If one or more of the Scotch Doubles members is a Master
player then they must participate in the Masters Division. If one
or more of the Scotch Doubles members is an Intermediate
player then they must participate in the Intermediate Division.
If Master or Intermediate players are found playing in the
wrong division they will forfeit all prize money and will not be
allowed to participate in any future mini-tournaments.
The Scotch Doubles teams consist of one male and one female.
Both members do not need to be from the same Charter
Holder, therefore allowing members to participate with players
from other Charters, states and countries.
Coaching will not be allowed in Scotch Doubles.
All Scotch Doubles mini-tournament winners will advance to the
finals to be held on Sunday, May 30th, 2010.
Sportsman's/Sportswoman's
Singles Divisions
As in the Sports Team Division, players eliminated in 3 rounds
or less from the Regular Division Singles will compete in the
Sports Singles Division.
Also as in the Sports Team Division, these players will automati-
cally be placed in these divisions, pay no additional entry fee
and share in the overall prize money.
Classic & Senior participants, who qualify, will be eligible for the
Sports Singles Divisions.
Team Hardluck Divisions
Teams who win 2 or more matches and finish out of the money
or teams eliminated from the Team Sports Division before
reaching the money rounds, will have the opportunity to play in
the Hardluck Division for a nominal fee.
Additional Hardlucks will be announced and conducted based
upon table availability.
