Graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and received a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Saginaw Valley State University.

Mike joined the Valley National 8-Ball League Association in 2023 after working and teaching in Law Enforcement and Public Safety.

Mike is an avid Bowler, successful College Coach, and has served on several local Charitable Committees.

Mike lives in Bay City, Michigan with his wife Ashley and their two sons.

Graduated from college in 1980 from Ferris State College in Big Rapids, Michigan with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting.

Gregg took the position of Executive Director with the Valley National 8-Ball League Association in 1988 after working as a Certified Public Accountant for nine (9) years.

He stepped down as Executive Director in 2025 and serves as a key consultant for the Association and continues to remain very active in growing the Association.

Gregg lives and works in Bay City, Michigan and Naples, Florida with his wife, Beth.

  • Headed the Largest World Pool Championships in Las Vegas annually.
  • Acquired a widely accepted Tournament & League-Friendly Software Program and Player Rating System.
  • Created VNEA.com which is a highly informational and player-friendly website.
  • Initiated the creation of several State & Provincial VNEA Tournaments.

Brian Elliott

Director of Marketing & Promotions

Graduated in 1990 from Saginaw Valley State University in Saginaw, Michigan with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Management Major and Fine Arts Minor.

Brian took the position with the Valley National 8-Ball League Association in 1992 after working as a licensed Financial Advisor and Securities Specialist for the Equitable Insurance Company for several years.

Brian lives in Midland, Michigan with his wife Julie.

Graduated from Alexandria Technical College in Alexandria, MN with an Associates Degree in Office Management.

Before moving to Michigan, Rhonda was employed with Mizpah Precision Manufacturing where she served as their Office Manager.

Rhonda’s kind and gentle voice is what you will encounter upon calling the VNEA Headquarters. She is more than willing to help everyone with their VNEA-related questions.
