The 8-Ball News & Views magazine provides VNEA's Charter Holders and players with news, results, photos, and so much more. The
magazine also serves as a great promotional tool for companies to make their products and services available to the pool community.
The VNEA understands how updates and information from local leagues and tournaments is an integral ingredient in its overall success.
We encourage all of our Charter Holders and players to submit any news, tournament/league results, photos, etc. to be considered for future
editions of 8-Ball News and Views. Below are some helpful tips to keep in mind when submitting information which you would like to include in
future issues:

Article and Results Guidelines

1. Make sure to include your name, city, and state along with your article/photo. Also, remember to include the name of the Charter Holder as well.

2. If you would like to submit your league results, we will only be able to include the 1st Place winners only as our total amount of space is limited.

3. We encourage articles that are typed to be submitted to info@vnea.com. By emailing us a typed copy, it eliminates the possibility of misspellings
on our part.

4. The article(s) which are sent in should focus on key news/events.
 

Photo Guidelines

1. Please refrain from submitting photos that contain elements of adult beverages, tobacco usage, or obscene gestures.

2. If sending photos through the mail, do NOT write on the back of the picture as the ink tends to smear other photos that accompany it.
Instead, we suggest writing the photo's information on a label or sticky note and placing it on the back of the photo.

3. If emailing photos to us, please attach them to your email as separate files. Please do not paste them into a Word document and then send
us the Word document. Make sure to identify who is in each picture.

4. Pictures from a digital camera should be at least 300 dpi. We will be unable to publish any picture that is less than 300 dpi.

5. All photos become VNEA property and will not be returned to you.
